It was going to happen. Your local fitness centre is out of weights that are heavy enough for you. You take a sip of your protein shake and think: “What would Arnold do?”. Arnold would, of course, just build his own fitness centre. A fitness centre with heavy weights on the racks and canned tuna in the cabinets. Start small

You are here for a reason. You need some dumbbells. Whether you’ve had a fight with an Anti-Doping organisation, or you are a beginner, we have what you need to start your home training. If you are new to training, it is a good idea to start from the start. We have kettlebells and dumbbells in different weights, so that you, no matter your experience, can keep up. A kettlebell is a good one to start with, since it does not take up much, is easy to manage and allows you to train many different muscle groups without using extra equipment. Take your kettlebell with you to the garden and enjoy the good weather, while you exercise – it can handle being thrown around on the grass.

With a dumbbell, you get a bit more freedom with weight. Some of our dumbbells have a set weight but most of them are adjustable. This way you only need one dumbbell. The weight can easily be adjusted by either adding or removing weight plates, so you can quickly go from exercise to exercise.

Go big

Maybe you are thinking bigger and need a weight rack, a bench or a whole machine. If your local centre is not big and advanced enough, we can help you. If you ask the big boys what equipment you need, there are many answers. Weight bench, pulldown machine, squat rack, leg press, rowing machine. The list is endless.
